Katy Perry takes to Twitter to deny Beyonce, Shakira feud rumors

Katy Perry hardly dissed Beyonce and Shakira in a recent BBC Radio 1 interview, but the press has been running full speed ahead with the report that Perry had some negative comments about her fellow singers.

The California Gurls singer was asked if she and best friend Rihanna were ever going to release a duet, to which Perry responded, "I was telling her, you know that Eurthymics song with Aretha Franklin, Annie Lennox, 'Sisters Are Doin' It For Themselves'?"

She continued, "That's like the kind of song that I'd want to do instead of, like, 'Hips Don't Lie,' which was still a great song by Shakira and Beyonc. I mean, not 'Hips Don't Lie,' what's that duet? 'Beautiful Liar.'"

E! Online reports that that comment received some backlash from various media outlets, pinning Perry against her fellow songstresses.

But Perry isnt taking the feud rumors lying down.

The recently single pop star tweeted on Tuesday night "F--k all y'all (press) dat thinks I dissed anyone, puhlez, u havin a slow news day or what?! Get a life, cuz it's not mine! #hoodratcominout.

She went on, If ya ears are filled with wax it's time to get a cleanse boo...Anywayz... (steps off of box)."
