The president of world football's governing body, 75, must have thought of her hit Hips Don't Lie when he wriggled his middle in a short series of embarrassing moves.

His efforts at the Fifa Ballon d'Or gala in Switzerland last night were so comical Shakira, 34 who was presenting an award with him could not stifle a laugh.

The cringeworthy moves are the latest in a long line of Blatter bungles, including his playing down of racism in football.
