Pitbull and Shakira 'Get It Started' on New Single: Listen

Having already teamed up with Usher , Jennifer Lopez , Chris Brown and Ne-Yo for hit singles, Pitbull has decided to tap another internationally renowned pop star, Shakira , for the first cut off of his next full-length. "Get It Started," the lead single from Mr. 305's new album "Global Warming," was released online on Friday (June 29). "Get It Started" continues Pit's journey through the club, and also gives him a chance to compares himself to both Manny Pacquiao and Tom Cruise. Shakira shows up to provide the heart-wrung hook, emoting as the beat breaks off into a subtle stomp before quickly returning in full force seconds later. But at least she secured a consolation prize at the Aviva trials in Birmingham last weekend. The young triple jumper finished third with a leap of 13.30 metres, which was a personal best. The Brunel University student said: Its disappointing not to have qualified for the Olympics, but Im thrilled to have won the bronze medal as I was up against the toughest competition in the country. I will now start to focus on the 2016 Olympics. Whight became the first woman to win a triple jump competition at the London Olympic Stadium when she took the British Universities title last month.

Shakira misses beau Pique's quarter final match to film new music video

London, June 24 ( ANI ): Shakira was missing at boyfriend Gerard Pique 's Euro 2012 quarter-final match, as she took off to Barcelona to shoot her new music video. The Colombian popstar was there to cheer on her footballer beau as he and his Spanish teammates romped to victory over Croatia and the Republic of Ireland. But she is not a woman to drop her life for her man and it was back to business for the singer - even though it meant missing Pique's Euro 2012 quarter-final. The singer was snapped in Barcelona in Spain filming the music video and looked absolutely sensational in a long gold dress as she sang down from a balcony, the Daily Mail reported. She was later seen being driven away back to her hotel or maybe Pique's home in the Catalan city and may have been in a hurry to catch some of the game. Meanwhile, hundreds of miles away in Donetsk in the Ukraine, Pique and the Spain national side secured their place in the semi-finals after a 2-0 win over France. However...
